Multifunction transistor tester with automatic detection of NPN, PNP, FET transistors, diodes, double diodes, thyristors, SCR and their pins. The module can even be used as a PWM signal generator up to 2MHz. The module also allows the measurement of capacitors (before connecting them to the board, make sure that they are not charged) and coils.
We sell the module in an assembled state. We recommend the tester study the instructions or user manual.
The module uses ATMega328P-PU as the main chip, it also works on power supply from a 9V battery (power supply range 6.8V – 12V).
